Sweat in Fat Crevices
It's your girl Sista Big Bones coming to you live and direct! People, I just left the gym and let me tell you...sweat in your fat crevices ain't no joke!! I'm working out and then I get annoyed by the swishing sound coming from my body. I'm looking at my husband, like what the heck is that. Then I realize it is the sweat in my fat crevices creating music with my love handles.
So now I'm sitting here wiping sweat from the many fat crevices that I possess.
To all my Sista Big Bones, family and friends. Exercise is a wonderful thing...it keeps us healthy and our big bones looking good. I just want someone to invent an outfit that will keep the sweat from creating music with my fat crevices.

gurrrrl, ive been getting back into my exercize routine and trying to eat healthy. this is crazy...although im not hungry all the time, im eating 4-5 meals a day, they are all filled with fruits, veggies, yogurt...uhgghhh and oatmeal. although im shrinking as i type this...im dont enjoy eating anymore. i don't know if its a good thing or a bad thing.
Sweat in fat crevices I have never heard before but that is some funny mess!

This healthy lifestyle crap sucks!! I feel you, eating is not as fun. But I have found that if I cook the food and try different spices I can make the blandest meal the bomb. Good thing I like cooking. Do you have a fitness goal?
And the sweat in he fat crevices is so real.

my fitness goal is to commit to the healthy eating lifestyle. I don't want to gain anymore weight and I want to see how much I can lose.
i don't know how to cook (I mean if it messes up, its only me and ill still eat it) so maybe your friday feature could be "FRIDAY FRITTERS" and you can do recipes!!! i dunno, its just an idea. Lo has music, rich has music, you can have recipes!!!

This blogging thing is work! I almost forgot my post for today, had to get up extra early just to get it on the board.
It's hard finding comedy that isn't full of curse words. I don't want to go to hardcore, but I should have something next week in that area.
