Tasty Tuesday
Here is a little something other than holiday food to enjoy.
Quick and Creamy Chicken Stew (by Kraft)
3/4 lb. small red potatoes (between 8-10) quartered
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chuncks
1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup Sour cream
Place potatoes and water in microwavable dish; cover with lid.
Microwave on High 7 minutes or until for tender. Meanwhile heat oil
in large saucepan on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 minutes or until browned, sitrring occasionally.
Add potatoes, soup, dressing and vegetables to saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are heated through.
Stir in sour cream; cook 1 minutes or until heated through. Stirring occasionally.
This has 4 servings. I usually double up on everything because Chalres eats a lot and I want to eat too. LOL. I hope you enjoy.

LOL...alright...fly on in...we will eat and then go out to drink! LOL. These recipes are so simple and easy...that is the only reason I have them. I refuse to spend the entire day in the kitchen like my granny. That is out of control!! I actually made this one tonight. I was really good.
